This CrossFit gym is amazing! The coaches here are so helpful and encouraging! I travel a lot and only get to return to this gym every time I’m home, but I love coming back. I have yet to find another gym that I enjoy as much as this one! If you’re new to CrossFit, this is the place for you! Coaches are there to help you and make you feel comfortable, other members in classes are also so welcoming!

I’ve been going to Golden Phoenix CrossFit for 2 months and I’m thrilled there. I’ve always wanted to learn how to lift heavy barbells, and I love to be challenged.
