This CrossFit gym is amazing! The coaches here are so helpful and encouraging! I travel a lot and only get to return to this gym every time I’m home, but I love coming back. I was very hesitant on joining CrossFit but my friend, who is a coach at Golden Phoenix, Alex, convinced me to just try one class. I’m glad he did.
