Our 2-3 day introduction to CrossFit: Here you will learn the Fundamental Movements associated with our CrossFit program. You will become part of a community while under the supervision of a coach mentor who will teach you the proper skills to ensure an injury free experience.


Here you will apply functional movements to each workout performed at different intensities in order to increase your fitness level each day. Every workout can be scaled so that each member is at their personal working capacity. The result is a wholesome health and fitness program, aimed at achieving your goals.

Barbell Club

This class is dedicated to members who want to perform better at the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. The class is 1 hour long and includes movements such as: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squat, Bench, Overhead Squat, Push Press, Good Mornings, Deadlifts. Here we insist on proper movement and positioning in order to carry over into better barbell movements.

Mobility WOD

During this 30 minute class, you will learn different types of stretches and exercises to put into your toolbox. Mobility is the key to healthy, injury free members. The more limber and fluid you are, the easier your workouts and range of motion become.

CrossFit Kids

This FUN program helps children learn compassion, respect, and attentiveness, while instilling lifelong health and fitness values. Its proven that children who are active have higher test scores in school. The workouts are always different and engaging so the child never gets bored. Perfect for ages 4-7, and 8-12. Sports Specific Training

Specifically dedicated to improving athletic performance in middle school, high school, and college students/teams. Our highly educated coaches provide programs for the higher level athlete and sports teams. Speed, agility, and strength make top notch athletes. Ask about our trial class.
