What was your exercise regime before CrossFit?
Not a thing!! Eating and drinking too much.. and sitting around.
How many WODs per week do you attend?
At least 3... but try for more whenever possible.

What would you tell a newbie getting started that helped you?
Just get in there and do it!!
What would you like to accomplish in the next 3 months?
Too lose another 10-15 lbs... and get up the rope!!
What is a fun fact about you?
I was born in Japan!!

My exercise regime before CrossFit was to target a different muscle every day and do cardio everyday.
I attend 5 wods per week usually.
Favorite CrossFit exercise is handstand push-ups.
Least favorite CrossFit exercise are snatches.
I would tell a newbie that you don't have to be in the best shape of your life to do CrossFit as long as you attend every class and give it more than 100 percent you would reach your goals.
My accomplishment for the next three months would be to workout on my snatches and handstand walks, also loose belly fat.
A fun fact about me is that I hate being home I'm always out either I'm at the box, work or out with my friends.
My perfect workout would consist of running, handstand push-ups and toes to bar.
