What was your exercise regime before CrossFit?
Before coming to GP I worked out in your garden variety $20 monthly gym. I worked with a trainer one day a week, but I lacked direction. 
 
How many WODs per week do you attend? 
My schedule fluctuates biweekly, but typically I am in 4 or more days a week.
 
Favorite CrossFit exercise?
The Clean and Rope Climbs. 
 
Least Favorite CrossFit exercise?
Easy RUNNING and Double Unders 
 
What would you tell a newbie getting started that helped you?
Pay attention to the movements and do not worry about the weight or the RX, that will come in time. Eat healthy foods as much as possible and rest when your body tells you to. 
 
What would you like to accomplish in the next 3 month?
I want to get my 1 rep Snatch to 100lbs or better, I want to string double unders, and String 10+ pull ups 
 
What is a fun fact about you?
I am terrified of bees

What was your exercise regime before crossfit?
Before crossfit I was doing at home programs like Insanity Max 30, P90x, 21day fix extreme and hammer and chisel following there monthly regime 6days a week and two days a week I would run the treadmill at work.

How many WODs per week do you attend?
I attend 5-6 classes a week

Favorite CrossFit exercise?
Deadlifts... I feel strong and powerful when I do those for some reason

Least favorite exercise?
Calorie rows and running but I know they are good for you so I just suck it up and do it anyway lol.

What would you tell a newbie getting started that helped you?
To a newbie I would say come with an open mind, be humble and learn as you go along. Everyday is progress and this is a process so trust it and keep at it and you will reach your goal and beyond.

What would you like to accomplish in the next 3 months?
I would like to accomplish handstand push-ups and toe to bars I would also like to lean out.

What would your ideal workout be?
My workout would consist of deadlifts, wall-balls,  kettle bell squats, strict press and box jumps

What is a fun fact about you?
Living one of my bucket list dreams ... I've entered in my first ever fitness physique competition in New Orleans
