What was your exercise regime before CrossFit?

 

I had no regimen before I started CrossFit. I played some sports through school but no serious kind of exercise.  

 

How many WODs per week do you attend?

Five days a week.

 

Favorite CrossFit exercise?

Any type of cleans !  

 

Least favorite exercise?

Anything that involves a kettle bell!

 

What would you tell a newbie getting started that helped you?

Don't quit you may be scared and nervous when you first start but as you continue your CrossFit career you gain new friends and become part of the family. When I got my first PR I was so happy. Everybody was cheering my name and that pushed me to keep going! Being a part of this family makes me feel special and makes me want to move and push!

 

What would you like to accomplish in the next 3 months?

In the next three months I want to accomplish getting a 200 pound power clean! I also want to compete in my first competition with my mom!

 

What is a fun fact about you?

Fun fact... I've lost 10 pounds since I've started and I plan to do my first competition in February!

What was your exercise regime before CrossFit?

My exercise regimen before CrossFit would be going to the gym 2 times a week and doing basic workout mostly cardio. 

 

How many WODs per week do you attend?

I am attending at least 4 times a week. I don’t like going less then 4 times a week.

 

Favorite CrossFit exercise?

Picking my favorite CrossFit exercise is a hard one I love it all but doing deadlifts is my absolute favorite

 

Least favorite exercise?

My least favorite has to be double unders, I cant seem to get the hang of it but it will come eventually with practice

 

 

What would you tell a newbie getting started that helped you?

Any newbie coming in I would tell them to stick with it and don’t give up because I am happy I didn’t give up. The motivation you get from everyone and the confidence you build is amazing.  

 

 

What would you like to accomplish in the next 3 months?

The next three months I want to get double under’s, toes to bar, handstand push up, and a rope climb.
