~~~LOGAN~~~
What was your exercise regime before CrossFit?
Before CrossFit I mainly did marathons. Netflix marathons.
How many WODs per week do you attend?
 I go to one class a day Monday-Friday. Weekends I rest!
Favorite CrossFit exercise?  Favorite CrossFit exercise is hand stand push ups since I recently was able to get them and I hated doing them from a box.
Least favorite exercise? My least favorite crossfit exercise is thrusters. Sometimes I take it personal when they get programmed into a work out. Like maybe I said something mean and didn't realize it.
What would you tell a newbie getting started that helped you? I would tell a newbie to stay consistent with going to classes. Find a nutrition plan that works. Create measurable goals and make a plan. Don't eat pop-tarts unless your looking for some gains.
What would you like to accomplish in the next 3 months? In the next three months I want to continue my weight loss, get rope climbs, get stronger, and start a boy band.
What is a fun fact about you? A fun fact about me: I have a dog. His name is Richard. He comes to the box on occasion.
~~~GIANINNA~~~
What was your exercise regime before CrossFit?
Before crossfit I was training MMA, Mondays and Wednesdays 2 hrs of American kickboxing and Tuesdays and Thursdays Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

How many WODs per week do you attend?
Minimum 3 WODS/week, 4 WODS Max.

Favorite CrossFit exercise? Split Jerk

Least favorite exercise? Lunges

What would you tell a newbie getting started that helped you? Never give up! This is about beating your score and getting better every time for yourself. The great part of Crossfit is having people around you with the same motivation and determination.

What would you like to accomplish in the next 3 months? I want to lose 7 lbs of visceral fat.

What is a fun fact about you? Please see transformation pic on the FB Page.

Thank you and thank you for being the best coaches I've ever had,
"G"
