We met Kristen the day we opened when she popped in to check us out and make sure her teacher friends were in good hands. That first day she made a Personal Best on her Push Press. Fastforward a bit and we are more than happy she has become apart of our family and into our lives. Her accomplishments in the past few weeks have been incredible: Rope Climbs, PR clean and jerk, and back squat, just to name the most recent. Seeing her in the 5:30am class makes our day and gets us coaches started on the right foot. She brings the sense of community and spirit of CrossFit to the box as she is always cheering on the other people beside her. She is one of our #1 supporters and we cant thank her enough for that. Keep killing it and having fun Kristen!
