Pam came to us when we first opened and told us, I’ve done a Tough Mudder I can do this right? We were shocked, because we haven’t even done a Tough Mudder and here is Pam, standing before us in her 60’s kicking ass and taking names with each WOD. We show the exercise and the progression every WOD, and when we ask Pam what she wants to attempt she always says, “Well let me try the regular way”. Each day Pam shocks us with her strength and “Can do” spirit. She is a motivator for the others in the box with her fearless attitude. We used to joke that we are going to send Pam to the masters division of the CrossFit games, jokes on us. This woman can do anything she puts her mind to and has. It is a pleasure and a treat to have her part of our family. Thank you for inspiring us all Pam.

 

How did you get started with CrossFit?

I saw the CrossFit sign and decided to stop in. You guys were so great, so I decided to join.

 

How many WOD's per week do you attend?

4-5 per week

 

Favorite CrossFit exercise? 

Lifting weights, anything barbell

 

Least favorite exercise?

Burpees

 

What would you tell a newbie getting started that helped you?

You have to have patience, dedication, and confidence that you can do whatever you put your mind to.

 

What would you like to accomplish in the next 3 months?

I am looking to get stronger, lose some belly fat, and possibly 15 lbs.
